The TR100 Portable Surface Roughness Tester is a pocket-size instrument for measuring surface texture. The instrument can be used in any measuring position.
The LCD display toggles between data for Ra and Rz values at the touch of a botton. A CAL botton allows a quick external calibration which increase the accuracy of the measurements.
The TR100 can operate on various surfaces including outer cylinder, outer cones, grooves and recesses greater than 80x30mm.
The piezo-electric operated diamond stylus insures very reliable measurement which conform to ISO Class 3. Ra is computed to conform to ISO and Rz conforms to DIN standards.
Kit includes meter, case, charger, test plate and instruction manual.
